Instructions for use the Site "FreePaint"
- Internet Page "FreePaint" is the Art Appendix of the Armenian Internet Portal. It is created with the purpose of rendering assistance of the Armenian creative intelligence - in view of the big difficulties and the problems connected to the organizing exhibitions and advertising new art works. The Site gives the pages both to professional and to nonprofessional artists for the free publication of the products.
- Authors publish the products on a Site at own will. Rights on all products submitted on a site, belong to their authors. Their illegal use is pursued under the law. The reprint of products is authorized only with the consent of the author and with the obligatory reference to Site "FreePaint". For an illegal reprint of products the administration of a site does not bear any responsibility.
- The Administration of the Site "FreePaint" possesses the right of registration or refusal in it to authors, the Editor-in-chief of a Site makes active or - necessarily - deletes products according to rules of a site.
- The Administration of the Site "FreePaint" does not assign to itself functions of an Art magazine, is not the intermediary between authors and users. Administration of the Site does not bear the responsibility for the art, semantic, ideology, style costs contained in published products. The responsibility for it lies on authors of publications.
- Registration on the Site "FreePaint" is free and obligatory for all authors. At registration the author is obliged to specify the real address of e-mail for contact with him. Users with false addresses will leave.
- In case of infringement by the Author Rules of site "FreePaint", his products will be removed and his registration will be cancelled.
- Products should be placed in corresponding to them on a genre section of a site. The publications not being Art works or containing obscene maintenance leave without the prevention. At repeated infringements by the author of the given rule he can be removed from the Site are removed and his registration will be cancelled.
- The publication of the products breaking laws of RA, is forbidden. The responsibility for the publication of the products contradicting to the current legislation of Republic Armenia lies on their authors.
- In the Forum it is supposed to discuss only the themes connected to Art problems. The offensive estimation of personal and professional qualities of authors is not supposed. In case of a spelling of comments and other messages containing offensive attacks to address of other authors, the administration reserves the right to itself removals of these comments without the prevention, and at repeated infringements of the given item will follow removal Author from the Site and his registration will be cancelled.
- Your registration on the site "FreePaint" means, that you agree with all points of the present Rules.
